"I suppose so." He Haoxuan thought for a moment before answering. He had been the one to ask Xiao Qiang to prepare the *baijiu*, and Xiao Qiang had insisted that *Moutai* was the finest in the country. As for whether it was the "Flying Fairy" or some lesser variety, he could not be entirely certain.

Seeing He Haoxuan hesitate, Song Fang laughed inwardly. *Hahaha, he definitely doesn’t have the Flying Fairy Moutai; he’s probably just got some common liquor, like Erguotou.*

"What do you mean 'I suppose'? If you've got the guts, you loser, take that Moutai out and let us see it," Song Fang jeered.

He Haoxuan glared at her. "If I can produce something truly fine, will you kneel down and call yourself a loser?"

"I, I—" Song Fang stammered, afraid to say more. Song Li nodded secretly; although He Haoxuan was useless in most regards, his methods for slapping someone in the face were quite impressive.

"Song Fang, move aside. Stop showing off in front of me; the sight of you is infuriating," Song Li scolded.

Just then, two elders emerged from inside: the patriarch, Elder Song, and his wife. They were held in high esteem within the Song family; even Song Li did not dare to raise his voice in their presence.

"Grandfather, Grandmother," the crowd greeted them respectfully.

"Grandfather, Grandmother," Li Qingying said, approaching them while pulling He Haoxuan along. She didn't know why, but in the past, she would have gone up to them alone. Now, she felt that He Haoxuan belonged by her side when meeting her grandparents, though she couldn't quite explain why.

Originally, when Elder Song saw Li Qingying approaching, his face was wreathed in smiles. But upon seeing He Haoxuan beside her, his expression changed.

"Grandfather, Grandmother, this is my husband, He Haoxuan. We’ve been married for a few months now," Li Qingying said, pretending not to notice their expressions.

"What? Why did you bring him here? Isn't he just a useless wretch?" Elder Song’s wife sneered.

Li Qingying said with a sense of grievance, "Grandmother, no matter who he is, he is still my husband."

"Hmph, that was just your grandfather acting foolishly; we do not recognize it," the old woman said coldly.

"Sigh, I brought quite a few fine gifts today to visit my grandparents. Since you speak like this, it seems I might as well throw them away," He Haoxuan said with a cold laugh.

He felt extremely uncomfortable seeing Li Qingying being mistreated here. If it weren't for her sake, he would not have remained silent for this long.

Song Fang mocked, "Oh? So that’s He Haoxuan, is it? You bought something very precious for the elders? Well then, bring it over."

"Song Fang, our affairs are none of your concern," Song Li interjected, scolding her. He Haoxuan was a pauper; how could he possibly afford anything of value? This morning, he had merely ordered some cheap items through a delivery app—hardly anything worth presenting.

Li Qingying tugged lightly on He Haoxuan’s arm. "Don't mind Aunt Fang; she’s just like that."

Looking at Li Qingying’s hurt expression, He Haoxuan felt a pang of pity. "Wife, I don't want to mind her, but no matter what, I intend to save face for you." With that, He Haoxuan walked out to the back of the BMW and lifted out the items.

He checked the contents and found an inventory list that described the items and their benefits in great detail.

"He Haoxuan, let me take a look," Song Li said. Feeling uneasy, he brought two other young men from the Song family over with him.

"Don't touch my things. These are to be distributed by my wife," He Haoxuan said. He deliberately handed the list to Song Li before carrying the large crate inside himself.

The crate was massive, difficult for even two people to carry, yet in He Haoxuan’s hands, it was as light as a toy block. He moved it easily to where Li Qingying stood.

"Such a large box?" Li Qingying was secretly surprised. She hadn't paid much attention when He Haoxuan had someone put it in the trunk.

"Yes, wife. You told me to buy some good things to honor your grandparents, so I had to get something decent. However, I’m not happy seeing how they treat you," He Haoxuan said, intentionally speaking loudly.

"Hey, He Haoxuan, what makes you think you can shout in our Song family home?" one of the young men asked, irritated by He Haoxuan’s good looks.

Song Li walked over and scolded the young man: "If you don't speak, no one will mistake you for a mute."

"Ah, Uncle Li." Seeing Song Li’s anger, the young man retreated. While Li Qingying wondered why Song Li was defending them, Song Li held up the list and asked, "Haoxuan, you said you were gifting me a crate of Moutai. Is this the 2010 Golden Prestige Flying Fairy Moutai written on the list?"

"If you like it, take it. If not, don't. I'll bring you something else next time," He Haoxuan replied. Seeing that Song Li had spoken up for him, he didn't mind giving him the liquor.

"I want it! Why wouldn't I?" Song Li rushed over excitedly and pulled a box of Moutai from the crate.

"Brother Li, is this liquor expensive?" Song Fang asked curiously.

Song Li examined the box and exclaimed excitedly, "If this isn't a fake, this level of Golden Prestige Flying Fairy is worth at least thirty thousand yuan a bottle!"

"What? Thirty thousand a bottle? Six bottles would be at least one hundred and eighty thousand?" Song Fang’s eyes gleamed. "Brother Li, give me one!" Good heavens, that was thirty thousand yuan! If she could sell it, she would be making a small fortune for nothing.

Song Li immediately called his son over to move the crate away: "Make sure you guard it well. Don't let anyone else touch my wine, or I'll hold you accountable."

"Song Li, save a few bottles for me," Elder Song said. Hearing that it was the prestigious Golden Prestige Flying Fairy from 2010, his eyes lit up, as if he had grown a hundred years younger.

"Dad, your health isn't good; you shouldn't be drinking this kind of liquor. If you like it, I'll get you some Erguotou later. Stick to what you're used to," Song Li said, shaking his head frantically. Even for his own father, there was no room for negotiation. He would fight anyone who tried to take his wine.

Elder Song was livid, shouting, "You rebellious son! Is this how a son acts?"

"Dad, if you were as young as me, I’d hand over this hundred-thousand-yuan Moutai without a second thought. But you’re too old; eat something nutritious instead and live to be a hundred," Song Li said with a sly grin.

The old woman suddenly spoke up: "Old man, didn't He Haoxuan say he brought us gifts? I imagine what he brought for us must be even better than that liquor. After all, we are Qingying’s grandparents; we are closer than Song Li is."
